Transfer From Another Chapter

If you are a member of CMAA and have moved to a club in Tennessee, here’s what you need to do to transfer your membership from your current chapter:

1. Start Here, you'll be re-directed to cmaa.org.
   
   
2. Send the completed form and dues check (member transfer to the Volunteer Chapter is $150).
   
   You can mail the form and check to:
   TN CMAA, 2884 Signal Farms Ln, Signal Mountain, TN 37377
   
   Or, you can email the form to [email protected] and an invoice will be sent for dues payment.
   
   
3. The Chapter’s Managing Director will approve and sign the form as needed and then forward it along to the National office and your previous chapter for processing.
